At present, DHG is not offering any investments. Nevertheless, we are always on the lookout for challenges and opportunities in the field of investment. We operate actively in both the buying and selling sides of the market. Thus, we have built up an investment portfolio with a value of about € 350 million. The portfolio includes business and logistics premises, office buildings, monuments, dockland areas, terminals and (re)development locations. The properties and locations are spread throughout the Netherlands, but DHG also owns property elsewhere in Europe.

Within DHG, there is a team of about 20 professionals working each day on the optimization of the portfolio. They are always interested in new transactions, whereby the most important points of departure include quick decision-making and the creative handling of problems.
